Aadarsh has two decades of experience in the Middle East Human Resources market and worked with regional top tier organizations – Sacoor Brothers, Chalhoub Group and Arab Media Group in the luxury retail, media and other sectors. He has been instrumental in driving HR strategies, enhancing employee engagement and supporting achievement of business goals through innovative talent management solutions and other HR initiatives.

He has spearheaded several Talent Acquisition projects and led teams for hiring top class talents from various regional markets spanning Lebanon, Egypt, Tunisia, Jordan, Uzbekistan and other countries. Highly passionate about “People” and their professional development, he believes attracting the right talent and fostering them is the key for business growth, success and sustainability.

At TTS, Aadarsh is responsible for identifying new markets and opportunities and takes care of mid-level, niche and critical hiring mandates. With a highly client centric approach, he is committed to delivering tangible and quality results to organizations.

Aadarsh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and has completed his Master’s in Human Resources Management from University of Pune.
