With over two decades of experience, Joju has been instrumental to providing talent advisory services for organizations across industry sectors. Evolving a highly consultative and supportive approach to clients, Joju over the last eight years has helped clients to attract and recruit some of the most successful leaders in the sector.

Joju is part of the Executive Search and leadership Hiring portfolio of TTS, and actively at work with customers in the Manufacturing, IT in the digital and talent transformation journey.

Prior to joining TTS, he has been associated with executive search firms heading practices, client relations and market research portfolios. He has closely worked with stakeholders and board members of large organisations in identifying leaders for large scale green field projects and turn key assignments.

Joju has a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Mangalore University and started his career in Sales with MRF Tyres.
